Piece by Piece + End of Fresh Ume 1

Ume is only sort of okay at putting together particle board furniture. Tamago sometimes has to help her with the bigger things, mostly because she's taller. Cam locks however, are one of the coolest things ever.

This is the end of the first section of Fresh Ume.

Obviously they are a bit longer than Original Flavor Ume. The second part will start next week!
Also Ume Abroad is coming together and will start posting within the next few weeks.

Ume Abroad

This has been mentioned on Facebook.

I have started some minor work on Ume Abroad, after a long while thinking about it I've decided on doing the alternate Ume with words, but no color. It's going to start in strip style, and then change gradually to different things. I've got this whole "agenda" with my panels, but we'll see how that holds up.

These new comics include:

-Speech bubbles!
-Consistent backgrounds!
-And more!

Boxes for Humans

Tiny boxes are awesome. Ume and Pop are actually quite similar in this regard. But Ume has a larger range of sizes, also some have lids. Pop would like to have lids, but he'd have to have thumbs then too. Ume is very against the idea of Pop having thumbs.

Pop appreciates the finer things in life. Like boxes! Hiding in boxes, running into boxes, chewing on boxes...the possibilities are endless!

Nose Poke

Large rattle-y elephants! If you shake them gently, they rattle very quietly. These ones are fluffy and come in many sizes from the Nakajima company. They are called Zou:Coron. This one is as big as Ume!


Ume is going to start updating on Tuesdays from now on. Going to try hard to keep it that way.

Tea Fancy Time

This is actually the first legit image of Dashi, even though he showed up a while ago. Also, the New Years post includes him, but this image existed before that one. Umeception. Dashi's a classy gent. Also his hair changes more frequently, don't mind that little fact, it's supposed to be that way.
